THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT which includes particulars pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 1996, is entered into upon 1st Jan 2024.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
Definitions and Interpretation
GK/Parent/Guardian & Coach Agreement

The coach shall use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme that will consider the health, personal goals, fitness levels, exercise likes and dislike of the participant.

The coach will provide the coaching, supervision, advice & support that the participant may need to help them achieve their goals. The participant progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.

The coach will provide all necessary equipment and will organise appropriate venues for all sessions.

All participant/parent/guardian information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the coach requires further medical information from a practitioner, the parents or guardians must provide their details.

It is understood between participant and coach that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.

The parent or guardian is required to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the start of the session.

In all sessions, the participant r is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear as specified by the coach.
Payment
- Term fees are set out prior to the commencement of the Programme/Camp commencing.
- There is a minimum term commitment of 6 weeks, payment and is to be made via the payment app, prior to the commencement of the Term/Camp. “Free Taster Sessions” are available at the academy’s discretion & subject to availability.
- Every effort will be made to re-arrange missed sessions/camps during the term, providing 7-day prior notice is provided.
- In cases where the participant is unable to attend due injury or for medical reasons, a credit may be offered with submission of a valid medical certificated provided within 7 days of sustaining the injury/illness.
- All monies paid are non-refundable. There is no option to freeze/pause sessions.
- Suitable training kit and boots/training shoes are required for all sessions unless instructed otherwise by the coach.
- In the event of unseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, participants may be offered rescheduled sessions/credits
15.If the academy needs to cancel a session for any reason, you will be contacted straight away to allow you time to make alternative arrangements.

16.In the instance that your coach is late for a session, you will be provided with the full 1-hour session.

17.The academy may need medical clearance from your GP before continuing in any exercise.

18.It is your responsibility to notify the academy if there is a change to any aspect of the participants health and fitness.

19.All participants/parents & guardians must observe all Health and Safety Protocols relevant to the facility/club or organisation in question.
